My name Is Graeme Kennedy, I am a semi retired businessman that graduated king’s school Tynemouth in 1987 and have lived in the house intermittently since. I renovated the house when my mother died in 2013 and have put a lot of love and thought into the design, I hope you come and enjoy this one of quirky property and were actually on “four in a bed” channel 4 October the 4 th and 5th 2021.

Property information

The view was build in 1870 and designed by John Forster who founded the TVLB and his portrait hangs in the fire museum next door, the house was used to tether a sinking sailing ship that was stricken on the black middens and was home to the coastguard until my parents purchased the house of Her majesty Queen Elizabeth in 1987, the original contract is on show.

Neighbourhood information

Tynemouth has been voted the best place to live in the northeast for many years and is a lovely vibrant area with many bars and restaurants just 5 minutes walk from the view, where you will pass the beautiful priory castle where three kings are buried.
