Dining table with space for 8 guests. Kitchen with integrated Neff appliances, including hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge and freezer. Also including a dishwasher, slow cooker, microwave, kettle, 4-slice toaster, filter coffee machine, blender, and a radio Utility room with washing machine and dryer Twin bedroom with x2 full-sized single beds that can also be a King sized Zip and Link bed Bunk bedroom with double bed with a ladder to full-sized single above Main bathroom with bath including shower with glass screen, ladder radiator, loo and basin Floor 2 Dayroom ideal for a travel cot (Cot and High Chair available on request - Please note bedding is not provided for the cot.) Bedroom with SuperKing Zip & Link bed Shower room with standing shower cubicle, ladder radiator, loo and basin Things to Note Although there is no outside space at The Warren, there is a park, and walks by the river are only 5 minutes away. There are safety lights throughout the property, one in the hallway, another on the first floor landing Fire extinguishers are located on the first floor landing, and in the kitchen with a fire blanket There is a pay and display car park close by that is free between the hours of 6pm - 8am

The historic market town of Kendal, renowned as being the southern gateway to the Lake District, provides an excellent range of places to shop, eat and drink, and explore. The town has a rich heritage and is a perfect base from which to explore the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the beautiful coastline around Morecambe Bay. Kendal is well served by bus and rail, you will be able to walk to The Warren from both stations as it is so central to the town.
