Guests are advised that the same card used to make the booking will be required to make the payment. We will take a holding amount of £50 per room per night, which will enable express check out on your day of departure.

Children aged 0–18 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 0–5 years.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of GBP 30 per pet, per stay applies.

The Harrogate Spa is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00. Hotel residents have one-hour access to the pool and poolside spa facilities, subject to availability. No booking is required—it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Treatments and Day Packages are available to book from 10:00 to 18:00, subject to availability. Please speak to the Harrogate Spa reception to make a reservation.

From September 1st, 2025, children’s swim times are from 19:00 to 21:00 and 16:00 to 18:00 daily, subject to availability. Booking is essential, and charges apply.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
