The property consists of the top two floors of a three story building, accessed by a steep staircase. (The lower floor is currently used as a garage and storage) On the second floor there is a spacious living room with a comfy sofa to lounge around on after a busy day exploring Pembrokeshire, and a dining table for 6 people. On this floor, there is also a bunk bed room perfect for kids, a light and airy newly fitted kitchen and a generous family bathroom with electric shower and bath. Up a quirky spiral staircase leads to a further two character filled double bedrooms with views from one out over Newport estuary. The house is located right in the heart of Newport village so you have easy access to all that Newport has to offer. It has a private parking space outside which fits one car easily, possibly two small, and more road side spaces directly opposite, perfect if you want to bring you own car or hire one to explore further afield. There's also ample room in the hallway to securely store any equipment like bikes, kayaks or paddle boards. PLEASE NOTE : There is no WiFi at the property
