The property is a bungalow, on a level plot. One super king bedroom has an suite bathroom and the other super king bedroom has an ensuite shower- both with flat screen TVs. Bedroom three has 2 singe beds and there is a separate family bathroom. Countryside views throughout.
Property is available from Saturday to Saturday.
The Bowd Inn pub is a 5 minute walk. The regency town of Sidmouth is a 5 minute drive. The bus route is a 300 metre walk and provides excellent transport links to Exeter, Exmouth and Lyme Regis.
