“Stayed at Toad Hall and what can I say? Amazing! Honestly the most relaxing environment, 360º Views of countryside and no body overlooking or nearby! Hot tub was amazing, as was the kitchen! Would 100% stay again, can't wait to return!”

Company information

My husband Scott builds all of the cabins on site here at Happy Valley Norfolk and we are a small family run business with 2 young children. You can hire the whole site for your parties, licensed for Weddings and music events also. Glamping stays will not involve any events on site, this is separate. Timber our black shucks lives on the property and will be your best friend. Just please don't feed him. We love life outdoors, travelling and adventures. We feel very lucky to be able to share this little bit of woodland heaven with you. A Norfolk Wildlife Trust to enjoy all to yourselves. The perfect rural escape.

Toad Hall sits on the edge of a woodland on top of Troys Hill. The sunset views across open coutryside bring a sense of freedom from the everyday life. Part disable friendly this treehouse is more of a luxury stay with underfloor air source heating and private sunken electric hot tub, king size accommodation, wet room, fully functional kitchen and immersed in Nature. Private Wifi.

Neighbourhood information

Close to Sandringham, Houghton and the North Norfolk Coast. We're positioned perfectly to access Kings Lynn train station or a drive up from London and the A1. Closest airport is Norwich and then London Stansted. Rural location surrounded by forest and beautiful Norfolk country roads. Every road into Happy Valley is the epitome of quaint Norfolk Countryside and we welcome you in.
