Toby's Quay is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, and a twin, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden terrace with furniture and a designated parking place for 1 car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 mile, a pub. No pets are allowed, and this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy the pretty sea views at Toby's Quay. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course.
