Tower Farm Nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Dee Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Tower Farm is a haven of tranquility and charm. This enchanting farm on the ‘sunny’ side of the valley, built in the 1800s, has over 18 acres of private land including woods, a stream and pasture. It is set on a quiet lane and yet is less than a 5-minute walk to the Llangollen Pavilion, the home of the annual Llangollen Eisteddfod, and a 10-minute walk along the canal path to the bustling town of Llangollen. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and can take advantage of the farm’s well-fenced land upon request. Tower Farm Cottage Tower Farm cottage has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath and shower, a large living / dining area plus a well-appointed kitchen and hall. It is a converted outbuilding which was significantly upgraded in 2023 to create a luxurious and cosy holiday home. Renovations included new: - Kitchen units and appliances including large fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine - New 43” TV with Netflix - Log burner - Underfloor heating and insulation - Double glazing - Carpets, curtains and blinds - Redecoration - Stone flagging to rear and gravelled garden to the front There is a patio area to the rear and a ‘sun trap’ gravelled area to the front. Both areas have garden furniture available for guests. The cottage has free WiFi and there is an excellent 4G signal in the valley.

Mark bought the farm in 2022 as an early retirement project and renovated the accommodation over the first couple of years. He has ambitious plans to develop the rest of the site over the next 10 years. He is planning numerous improvements over the coming months and years, in particular with a focus on being as environmentally friendly as possible with schemes such as indigenous tree/hedge planting and rewilding of some of the land. Mark works from home in the farm house next door as a Commercial Director for a rehabilitation company. Mark opened Tower Farm Cottage for bookings in April 2025 and is looking forward to welcoming you to this wonderful part of the world.
