Fully modernised and sympathetically restored with a wood burner, TV, modern bathroom and outside patio and garden space. Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages. Dogs are welcome The cottage is situated on a very quiet road and between 3 fields that are protected habitats, and as such are un-farmed and therefore, a haven for wildlife. (The field to the front of the cottage has cows in it for around 4 weeks of the year around July time) It is single storey and has only small steps to enter. One bedroom with a kingsize bed and storage space. I use only top quality 100% cotton bed linen. The lounge has a double sofa bed futon and also a single sofa bed futon, thus the cottage can sleep up to 5 people. 42" Smart TV in the lounge with Netflix provided. Cottage has fibre broadband. Bedding is provided for all the beds, and towels are provided for all the guests. There is a wood burner in the lounge and a basket of wood will be provided. A fire guard is available on request. There is a fire bowl in the garden where you can burn the wood or have a barbecue. The modern kitchen is separated from the lounge by a breakfast bar. Tea and coffee and sugar are provided. There is a patio to the rear of the cottage that has a table and 5 chairs. There is a garden all round the cottage with 2 lawned areas. The garden is enclosed with a fence and hedgerows. The garden does have a drop onto the driveway, (see photos), that is not fenced, so please supervise all young children. There are seating spaces around the garden to enjoy the long distance views. Past guests have reported that they have never seen so many stars at nighttime!

Hi there. My name is Amanda. An English woman living in Wales. I have lived here for over 20 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else! I love it here. I am so happy to be able to rent out this cottage to you. It is so blissfully quiet and away from it all and yet is only a 10 minute drive to the coastal road with its easy access to the towns and to the beaches. There is a self check-in but I live only 10 minutes away so can be on hand for any problems.
