Very quiet totally separate self-contained comfortable room in a lovely old cottage down a tranquil no-through lane. Easy parking right outside. L-shaped living and sleeping area with double sofabed plus separate shower and toilet. Towels, bath robes and shower gel provided. The facilities include:- Dining table with two chairs. Tea and coffee. Kettle. Toaster. Mini-fridge. Microwave. 43 inch smart TV, with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Amazon 'Echo Dot' smart speaker. BT Superfast wifi. Free parking onsite, with a 7.5kw electric car charger available at very low domestic rates. Small unoverlooked courtyard for your sole use. Large lockable shed where you can safely keep bikes and other sports equipment. Looe town centre is approximately one mile away, with its many shops, pubs and restaurants - plus a great beach, of course! Stunning coastal walks nearby. Perfectly situated for visiting other parts of this lovely county. Your perfect Cornish retreat in 'Beyond Paradise' country!
I enjoy all aspects of nature, walking, cycling, swimming, and other outdoor pursuits. I also like to go dancing, and I practice yoga. (There are several yoga classes available in Looe). I like meeting people, and am passionate about providing a good service and ensuring that my guests have an enjoyable stay. I live with my partner Julie in a separate part of the house, and will normally be available to deal with any queries you may have. I do not encroach on your space in any way - you have your own separate lockable door so you are able to come and go as you wish.
Portlooe is a very peaceful hamlet near the coast. It is approximately one mile from the bustling town of Looe, with its many shops, restaurants and pubs - and its great beach, of course! The picturesque old fishing village of Polperro is a ten minute drive - or if you are feeling energetic you can walk there along the nearby spectacular coastal path, stopping off at lovely Talland Bay for refreshments on the way, if you wish. It is perfectly situated to explore Cornwall's beautiful coast and countryside.
