The fine print
Please note that check-in is from 16:00 - 20:00 and check-out is until 10:00, situated 200 yards up the road. You will not be able to check in without this confirmation. If you have not received your confirmation from Tregurrian Villas please contact the property immediately.
If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you can use the check-in machine.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note all the villas are entirely non-smoking.
Please note that all villas contain stairs and are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties. If unsure please ask the property.
For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.
