We are an extremely friendly and accommodating gay couple who live on site. Love meeting new people and ready to welcome you to the cottage. We will do whatever we can to ensure you have a wonderful stay at our cottage. We have a lot of experience in the hospitality industry as Shaan is from The Maldives where it is the largest industry and Sef has worked in the Food and Beverage Industry all his life. We have been together since 1999 and we sincerely love meeting people from all over the world and country and form all walks of life.
Milton is a beautiful village that sits cosy in the heart of the countryside. We are just 8 miles from the legendary Sherwood Forest with the Major Oak, the magical dwelling of Robin Hood. Other attractions in the Sherwood Forest area include: the Go Ape Sherwood Activity Centre, The National Holocaust Centre and Museum for history buffs, Rufford Abbey, Rufford Mill Ford, Rufford Park Golf and Country Club, Sundown Adventureland for the kid in you, Clumber Park for walkers and hikers and glorious hiking and biking in stunning Nottinghamshire. There's also more fun to be had at Wild Water Rapids at Subtropical Swimming Paradise. The Historic City of Nottingham is an hour away with all its attractions, including Nottingham Castle but it's the countryside just outside our gates that will draw you in time and time again. We're also 30 minutes away from Newark where you'll find lots of history and 35 mins from Lincoln with the stunning Lincoln Cathedral. Retford Town is just a 10 minute drive and there's some lovely new restaurants and shops that have opened in the high street as well.
