Enjoy easy access to everything Belfast has to offer, from this perfectly located property, in the Botanic area of Belfast With very close vicinity to Belfast city centre and Queen's University 0.8 miles walking distance to Grand Central Station & Belfast City Hall Botanic train station 0.2 miles away Recently renovated property finished to a high standard, with comfy beds for a good nights sleep. Private 1st floor twin room that can sleep 1-2 persons Two single beds. The property is a large shared house, with 8 private bedrooms and 3 shared bath/shower rooms. In the kitchen at the property, we provide a fridge, microwave and kettle for guest use.  We do not provide full cooking facilities, the cooker is not in use for guests.  WIFI is available in the communal areas, due to the location of this room at the back of the property signal in the room is weak / limited.
The property is located beside Botanic Avenue, where you will find an array of bars, cafes and restaurants. The city centre is only a 15/20 minute walk away.
