This is a super beach house situated in a prime location directly on the beach front at West Wittering. The property features direct access to the beach via a private seating area on the sea wall, ideal to watch the sunrise and set. Designed by a Grand Designs architect, The property was built to take full advantage of the sea views. The house provides upside-down living, with the kitchen, dining area and living area upstairs in a double-height open-plan room with beautiful whitewashed wood cladding, leading to a south/sea-facing balcony. The house is ideal for families and includes a secure, child-friendly garden, laid to lawn. The Property is situated on a prestigious West Wittering road and has off-street parking for 4 cars. It's a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of East Wittering, a 15 minute drive to Chichester and a 30 minute drive to the horse racing and classic car delights of Goodwood.
