Enjoy a fabulous stay in our beautiful, stylish and centrally-located Victorian house in Winchester. Perfect for two. Wonderful king size main bedroom plus small second bedroom / dressing room. Great pressure in the shower room, and rare private off street parking for 1 car included. Super location on a great street, very close to pedestrian centre and cathedral, yet on a lovely and quiet road. House has a small garden and sun terrace too 🌞 The space Open plan living room and kitchen on ground floor with access to garden off kitchen (steps up to terrace). Upstairs on the first floor, there is a king sized main bedroom, dressing room and shower room. Up further stairs to the loft, there is another bedroom with pull out bed. Outside space is a small courtyard garden (up a few steep steps!) with an L shaped sofa for relaxing in the sun. Kitchen is well equipped (sorry no dishwasher though!) with breakfast bar and stools, washing machine if note there isn’t a traditional kitchen table with chairs. Shower has great pressure. Sitting room has a smart TV with Netflix etc and a wood burning fireplace. House is part of a classically Victorian terraced row. Floors are mostly wood
