When you arrive at the beach you will notice a crazy golf course and more family fun activities. The harbour is practically on your doorstep, which offers sailing and crabbing. Wells-next-the-Sea has so much to offer that you will be tempted to park up and explore everything on foot, but it is also very close to Holkham Hall and Estate. You will find sailing and fishing trips, an array of traditional and artisan shops, and lots of lovely places where you can eat and drink. You can take the single gauge railway down to the wide, sandy beach or hop on the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway, and take a trip to picturesque Walsingham to see the National Shrine of our Lady. Head east and explore Blakeney for a spot of crabbing; Sheringham for the North Norfolk Steam Railway and Sheringham Park, or Cromer with its famous pier and Edwardian seafront.
