We pride in welcoming our guests through the door, making sure they get everything from a great nights sleep to choice of light breakfast in the morning, If there's anything you wish to ask or need assistance with, please do not hesitate to ask - we are always around and happy to help in anyway we can.

We are a small friendly 10 bedroom Hotel offering you a choice of Room Only or Bed and Breakfast. All our rooms have comfy beds, flat screen TV's, Room Safes, Tea & Coffee facilities and Full Quality En-Suites. Why not have a go on our retro 1980's table top games machine. A selection of snacks and soft drinks are available. We have limited off site parking and is subject to availability on arrival. We cater for families and couples only. You can bring your alcohol drinks we are happy to provide bar glasses for your drinks!!

We are situated in the North shore area of Blackpool, a five minute walk from Blackpool North train station, a stroll to the beach and North Pier and very close to the tram and bus stops giving you access to the whole of Blackpool. The town centre is only 5-10 minute walk away, offering many of Blackpool's famous attractions including The Tower, Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre, shops, bars & restaurants. Other points of interest nearby including the Central & South Pier. The Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park, Stanley Park & Blackpool Zoo
