Upon entrance into the house, you will find the first sitting room on the left, finished in neutral shades of cream and beige with an original fireplace and a vibrant patterned rug which adds a splash of colour to the room. An open-plan kitchen and dining area can be found to the left of the entrance which extends to a conservatory overlooking the garden. The modern kitchen has all the facilities you may need... The garden itself is undoubtedly one of the best features of this home; it has been beautifully designed with two separate al-fresco dining areas. The serene principal bedroom is elegantly finished with large sash windows inviting streams of natural light. It has a super king-sized bed as well as built-in wardrobes allowing ample storage space. The second and third bedrooms are similarly styled with double beds, one of them featuring a study desk. The shared bathroom on this floor boasts the luxury of both a bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The final bedroom is located on the top floor of the house, boasting a study area by the window and a comfortable king-sized bed. Home Truths: No pets, parties or smoking. No additional guests. Children are welcome, however, please note that this home is not suitable for children under two years old. A friendly dog usually lives here. Though the dog will not be present during your stay, and the home is cleaned to an extremely high standard, the property may not be suitable for those with allergies. This property has off-street parking. Located in the borough of Richmond upon Thames, this neighbourhood is home to London’s most spectacular formal gardens – the Royal Botanical Gardens, more commonly known as simply Kew Gardens. Due to its location on the riverside, this neighbourhood has historical ties going back thousands of years; Julius Caesar was said to have crossed the river here during the Gallic wars of 54BC. Today it is one of London’s most beautiful and sought-after boroughs, boasting grand Victorian townhouses and ample green space.
