Why can't you miss this place? - Location - Walking distance score - Comfort and bohemian style that will make you feel at home - Fully equipment kitchen The property is accessed by lift to a well kept communal hallway located on the fourth floor. The entrance hall has a useful utility cupboard where the boiler is located. The double bedroom wooden flooring and fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom is a modern white suite with shower over the bath. The entrance hall and open plan lounge and kitchen area have hardwood flooring and neutral decor. The kitchen has integrated modern appliances and a breakfast bar area. Further benefits include Gas Central Heating, Double Glazing and recent redecoration through out.
