Upper villa on the main street in the village. It's a bright airy attic room with a private bathroom and private living room with a microwave and tea and coffee facilities. Continental breakfast is in the room, it is self service. We offer a choice of 7 different cereals, fruit juice, yoghurt, croissants, bread rolls, butter, jam, cheeses, milk, fruit and various different choices of teas and coffees. (These options can all be seen in our photographs). The rooms are up 2 flights of stairs. There is on street parking outside the house and a carpark 2 minutes drive from the house.

We have lived in the village for around 6 years. We have a Cockerpoo called maisie who is very friendly

Small village with a coop and a pub not far from Melrose on the local bus route and 10 min drive from.the main train station
