The Waltzing Weasel, a charming and historic holiday house, nestled in the heart of Birch Vale, High Peak. Our beautifully maintained, nearly 400-year-old traditional stone building offers a tranquil and cozy retreat perfectly situated for exploring the best of the Peak District National Park. You will enjoy a stay in one of our six en-suite bedrooms with a home from home spacious feel, each thoughtfully appointed to ensure maximum comfort. The Waltzing Weasel's location in Birch Vale is a walker's and cyclist's dream, placing you on the very edge of the Dark Peak, with easy access to incredible trails and quaint villages. We have previously ran the Waltzing Weasel as a bed and breakfast but in November 2025 a new adventure began. We have a newly refurbished kitchen and large sitting area and now rent the property as a whole house. We are and will continue to be a family run business which means we care and try to deliver high cleaning standards and the home from home feel everyone deserves on your break away.
