Hi, I’m Megan
I manage a collection of beautiful holiday homes across North Devon and Somerset, including Wanderer’s Rest in Lynton. I’m passionate about creating stays that feel warm, welcoming, and easy - the kind of places I’d love to visit myself.
At Wanderer’s Rest, everything’s been designed with comfort in mind - from the cosy living room with its electric fire, to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout.
I’m always happy to help with local recommendations - from scenic walks and dog-friendly beaches to the best pubs for a Sunday roast
You’ll have the place entirely to yourselves, but I’m only ever a message away if you need anything during your stay.
I can’t wait to welcome you to North Devon - and help you make the most of this stunning corner of the world
Lynton, North Devon (on the edge of Exmoor National Park)
Perched high above the dramatic North Devon coastline, Lynton is a charming Victorian town known as the “Little Switzerland of England” - and for good reason. With breathtaking sea views, winding cliffside streets, and lush Exmoor landscapes on its doorstep, it’s a haven for walkers, nature lovers, and anyone seeking peace and coastal charm.
Just below Lynton lies Lynmouth, a picturesque harbour village connected to Lynton by the famous Cliff Railway - the highest and steepest fully water-powered railway in the world.
