Property information

WaterPark House is an attractive Semi with a garden at the front and back of the property It overlooks the pleasant gardens of the House proud residents. It is in a PRIME very desirable location close to services and facilities. There are 3 double bedrooms consisting of a wardrobe, dressing table or chest of drawers, table and chair. It is very bright light and airy with a welcoming hallway. The house has a modern feel with a fully equiped kitchen and separate sitting and dining area. There's a spacious bathroom and second ground floor toilet. The kitchen overlooks the back garden via the patio door.

Neighbourhood information

Its a green place with a village look. It has well maintaine houses and gardens, friendly neighbours, and various shops in the village. It is near to Sale Waterpark and pleasant canal walks.The Transport links are very good.The tram to the airport can be reached from 2 nearby stops about 10 mins away, they are The Sale Waterpark and Northern Moor stops. The 41 bus stop is 5mins away and goes to the City centre or to Sale Shopping Centre in the opposite direction, where another Metro station exist. Trams from there go to Altrincham in one direction or to the City Centre via Old Trafford.The M60 and Sale Moor Village with numerous shops are also nearby.
