The living areas in this single-storey property consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, a TV with Prime, Blu-ray, and Netflix, and an Alexa Switch. The bedrooms consist of a double and a bunk room, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, and a picnic bench, and roadside parking for one car. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.5 miles, and the beach in 1.7 miles. Highchair available on request. Smoking and pets are not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Use Waves as your base to explore the coast and countryside of Devon. Note: There are steps from the parking area, up to the property, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: A day pass for Woolican sands can be arranged at reception, to access indoor/outdoor swimming pools and arcades.
