This stylish, urban retreat, offers dedicated off-road parking and a relaxing outdoor space.
Enjoying a highly sought after position on the edge of Southampton's open Common, on a quiet tree lined residential road.
With excellent transport links to the motorway, train and coach stations.
Within easy walking distance of Southampton University, the General Hospital and numerous local pubs restaurants.
Enjoy a quite relaxing stay in this warm, light, airy, modern, self contained accommodation.
Amanda and I have lived together in Southampton for over 25 years, we love the area.
It's a great city with lots of green open spaces and easy access to numerous pubs and restaurants.
We built our accommodation during lockdown and look forward to welcoming guests to our quiet corner of the city.
As this accommodation is an annex to the main house I'm available if needed.
Situated on a quiet tree lined residential road, with great transport, recreation and dining facilities within walking distance.
