West Horizon holiday lodge, perfectly placed on Scotlands North West coastline within a 2 minute stroll to a beautiful, quiet white sandy beach with blue/green waters. If you love the Ocean then there are plenty of beaches to choose from, our Balchladich bay, Clachtol beach with split rock just 6 minutes away, Clashnessie beach with waterfall nearby, Achmelvic beach and further North Durness beach and Smoo caves. Hikers will love the Assynt mountain range and photographers are well looked after with natural landscapes and wildlife everywhere. Book a sunset sea cruise in Lochinver and marvel at the playful dolphins and passing whales. Our lodge has 1 bedroom with spa bath and double shower, fully fitted kitchen and gas heating with cosy log effect fire. If its an adventure you need then the area has plenty to offer or a relaxing loving holiday and let your soul recharge...welcome to West Horizon.
West Horizon is remotely located but easily accessed by road. Relax in our holiday house, a home from home.
With a lovely quiet beach on your doorstep it provides a great start to your day. From the beach you can walk the coastal path to the Stoer lighthouse were whale and Dolphin watchers gather and grab a hot chocolate and cake from Olivers takeaway. Other beaches like Clachtoll are a very short drive away. Lochinver village is only 8 miles away for a cafe or suppliers. Clashnessie Falls is a 6 minute drive away. Worth a visit is Choc-O-Latté for a well earned traditional Belgian hot chocolate after your day trekking.
