Please note this house is across 3 floors, with the upper floors accessible by stairs only. The ground floor is accessed by 2 steps from the driveway and 2 steps from the pavement. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. There is a private driveway at the property which can accommodate one car.
