Games room with snooker table and toilet. 1-acre enclosed garden with patio, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. 4 acres of natural and landscaped grounds. Outdoor heated swimming pool (private, 11m x 6m, depth 1m to 2m, open May-November weather permitting) with changing facilities and shower room. Guests are asked to bring their own swimming towels. Tennis court (private). Racquets and balls are NOT provided. Bike store. Private parking for at least 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: Holidaymakers only. There are 4 steps to the swimming pool..
