Ideally located in the popular Colchester town, close to the train station 5 minutes walk to Colchester town Station & City Centre, on a bus route and walking distance to several supermarkets, local shops, cafes & restaurants. The house is only a few minutes walk from the Essex University. Set up for all you need in and around Colchester city centre, this 3 bedroom terraced house offers special location comfort. Run back from the city during the day for a freshen up or some lunch, enjoy the garden to soak up that evening sun with a BBQ. Comfortable beds, beautifully renovated eclectic furniture.
