Windwhistle is a superb duplex apartment resting at the centre of Dartmouth in Devon. There are two second-floor bedrooms in the property sleeping four guests, made up of a king-size bedroom and a zip/link king-size (twin on request), served by a first-floor cloakroom and a second-floor wet room. There is also a first-floor kitchen and living/dining room with a gas fire. There are balconies on both the first and second floors with furniture, as well as there being a multi-level garden with furniture and a summerhouse with a kitchen. Windwhistle makes a fabulous choice for two couples or families of four seeking a coastal escape to Devon. Please note that there is no door leading up to the third bedroomA flight of 41 external steps lead down to the note the house is situated on Crowther's Hill. (Steep and narrow access road).Strictly No Smoking
