We are Georgian happy family having 18 year old boy. We have experience in hotel industry, since this is our fourth project. We are trying to do our best to make our guests' trips smooth and pleasant. In a nutshell, you are in very safe hands with us. Enjoy your stay!

The newly renovated apartments are located in touristic area of the old city, on Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue. Here you will find main touristic & shopping streets, most fancy cafes with live music, restaurants, McDonald’s & Subway, bank, pharmacy, 24 hour supermarket, mobile operator service center, etc. All is in two minutes walk from our property, which was built in 19th century. There are cafes, banks and restaurant below us. We are offering hotel service that is included in the price.
