My property is in the center of Lagodekhi. It has a yard for parking, also a garden (300sq.m) with beautiful flowers and green grass. We have kiwi and grapes in the garden. There are two floors with outside stairs. As my house is in the centre of the town everything is near: shops, restaurants, markets, drug stores, square, churches, vegetable market, the park etc.
Lagodekhi is situated at the Caucasus great range. It is very beautiful region of Georgia with beautiful nature. There is a forest reserve whith small mountain rivers (there you can swim in natural pools and get sunburnt) ,waterfalls and unic flora and fauna. Lagodekhi is not a very big region. It's calm with no heavy traffic. in the centre there is a square with fountain and fir trees. there are orthodox churches, museums, restaurants with tasty national dishes. you can go to sightseeings around lagodekhi. Also you can go fishing on the small lakes. In autum you have a chance to go to vintage and take part in it.
