Our family has lived for several generations in one of the oldest central districts of Tbilisi, and our family history is closely intertwined with the life of our city. It is a great joy and pleasure for us to share our experience, offer recommendations, and introduce guests from all over the world to our country and our city.

Property information

We invite you to stay in a real Tbilisi home built at the end of the 19th century. The building was fully restored in 2024, but we carefully preserved the atmosphere and charm of the old house. Guests can enjoy cozy rooms with high ceilings, terraces, and a small, charming courtyard in the heart of the city. Within walking distance, you will find the sights of the Old Town, the main cathedral of Georgia, as well as cafés, restaurants, shops, and the metro. There is also very convenient transport access to Tbilisi International Airport.

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Tbilisi: most of the city’s main attractions are within walking distance.
