🛗 Infrastructure and Facilities Sometimes in Batumi, as in the whole of Georgia, there may be short interruptions in electricity, water, or internet supply. These are related to external utility services and are beyond the host’s control. ⏳ In rare cases, water may be switched off for several hours or even up to a day, while electricity interruptions usually last no longer than 2–3 hours. We kindly ask for your understanding. 🧻 Household Items At check-in, a starter set is provided: 1 roll of toilet paper, basic cleaning and washing products, as well as bathroom supplies in the amount available at the time of arrival. Additional consumables (laundry detergent, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, slippers, etc.) should be purchased by guests themselves. 🧼 Cleaning and Bed Linen Final cleaning is included in the price. If the apartment is booked for two guests but they wish to sleep separately (one on the bed and one on the sofa), an additional bed linen set for the sofa is available at an extra charge of 25 GEL. Mid-stay cleaning and replacement of bed linen/towels are available on request and at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance if you require these services.
