My husband and I bought this house in the mountains because we fell in love with Adjara, this magical place. It is quiet, peaceful, and the nature here is simply charming all year round. Clean air and water from the tap, fantastic sunsets that you can watch from the terrace with a cup of coffee or a glass of the finest Georgian wine. We have a spacious two-story house, and we really love having guests. The Kintrishi River flows a kilometer from our house, and you can swim in it in summer. Our two-story house is located in the beautiful village of Kokhi, 12 kilometers from the city of Kobuleti and the sea. It is quiet, peaceful, and very beautiful here. My husband and I live on the first floor. On the second floor, there are guest rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a terrace. Guests have access to two rooms, a private bathroom, a kitchen, a terrace, the yard, and parking. We have a large garden. From mid-November to January is the season for mandarins and kiwis. If you come during this time, you are welcome to enjoy the fruits. Guests can cook in the kitchen; everything necessary is available for this - dishes, a stove, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. There are restaurants in our village where you can eat. Upon request, we can prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests for an additional fee. This should be arranged in advance. The nearest shop is 2 km from our house. Transfer for an additional fee: if necessary, we can meet you at the airport or train station, and we can organize trips to the beach and for excursions. Public transport runs from the city of Kobuleti to our village. The bus stop is 1 kilometer from our house. The road from the stop is uphill. The road from Kobuleti to our village is good, paved. The last 100 meters to our house is a dirt road with an incline. There have been cases where low-clearance cars could not drive the last 50 meters after rain.
