Lia's Guest House is in Sighnaghi, Arsena St. 16.
Location is great because quite street, and of this street last building that's why full view of the valley and Caucasus mountains. Green and fresh area full of birds.
From the guest house the city centre is around 5-10 minutes walking distance. Nearby is good restaurants, wine shops and Supermarket Spar. Until reservation, please check our location on the google maps.
6 hotel type rooms with private bathrooms has balconies on the second floor. First floor has garden and in the garden is terrace where you can enjoy the views.
This is family running hotel style guest house where always try to keep calm and cozy situation. We try to be every guest satisfied and make good experience.
