Please note that this property is located in the countryside of Georgia. As such, you may encounter bugs, mosquitoes, and other insects. Despite having screens on all windows, some insects might still find their way inside. Additionally, while rare, there may be partial or full power outages due to bad weather or high electricity usage. This is common throughout Georgia and can be inconvenient. For such situations, we provide battery-powered lights with a power bank function to charge your phone. You can find these lights on the fridge. As we’re not connected to the main water grid, our water comes from a private 60-meter-deep well and undergoes thorough filtration with multiple filters and two UV treatments. This process results in very soft water, which may feel different and look slightly unclear due to natural minerals. Rest assured, it’s lab-tested and safe for washing, brushing teeth, and showering. However, we recommend using bottled water for drinking, as is generally advised for travelers throughout Georgia, where tap water may not meet Western standards.
