We are property management company which operates in Gudauri from 2020 year and offers apartment owners and guests high end services.

Property information

Apartments is located in the newly built apart-hotel Atrium, New Gudauri. Located just a few meters from the Gondola lift. All apartments has balcony seats with amazing mountain and ski track views. You will be able to use ski depot and other amenities. Private bathroom with all the toiletries, a seating area with a sofa, table, TV, with high-speed Internet. Distance from the apartment to ski lift matters twice, it will reduce your time on the slopes, Staying at a ski-in, ski-out apartments simplifies everything and allows you to spend more time on the snow. We promise you an unforgettable experience every time you visit us!
