Beds and matrasses are very comfortable, of very high quality. Every bedroom has its own TV set with hundreds of different channels, easy to navigate. Property has high quality washing machine, air conditioners, refrigerator and other utilities. Dear Guest, Located at the Ketevan Tsamebuli Avenue , my apartment is at the very center of the capital of Georgia Tbilisi. Here visitors can easily find a variety of restaurants offering Georgian, Turkish, French and other cuisines. Avlabari square is the newly renovated area full of different types of restaurants, while the lower part is a trendy shopping area. Even though, apartment is in the heart of the Old Tbilisi , looking At Keteven Tsamebuli Street, the apartment is very quiet, without noise. I put a lot of effort and care to be a good host for my visitors. I want my guests to enjoy their stay in Tbilisi in my apartment and try to be helpful to them, giving tips on locations to visit and more. However, the biggest advantage of the stay in my apartment is its excellent condition, central location, and high safety. My guests are always happy with the apartment because they can find everything very close – Food (traditional, foreign or fusion), Sightseeing, Food market, Shopping and more. Finally, I always listen to the suggestions from my guests. Sometimes they better understand how the stay in the apartment can be bettered.
