The unit has everything a guest may need for both short and long stays: a complete kitchen setup, plenty of clean towels, comfortable bedding, fast Wi-Fi, and all essential amenities. The apartment is also family-friendly — it includes furniture for kids and a sofa that opens into an additional bed, making it perfect for couples, families, or small groups. If guests need anything extra during their stay, we are always available and happy to assist. The location is one of the best in Batumi: just a short walk to the beach, Metro City mall, the Eclipse Casino, 24/7 supermarkets, cafés, currency exchange, and ATMs. Everything is close and convenient. A swimming pool will also be available in the building soon, adding even more comfort and value to your stay.
