A comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning is part of this light-filled and well-furnished apartment. The kitchenette has all the appliances, cookware, and dishes you need to make meals. There is a separate bedroom, which has a large queen-size bed, a roomy closet, and bedside tables. The apartment's large balcony, where you can relax with city views or have your morning coffee, is one of its best features. The apartment is charming and comfortable, and we're pleased to add any extras to make visitors feel at home.
As a family, we truly enjoy meeting new people and sharing what makes Kutaisi special. It’s always exciting to see how much visitors enjoy the city its charm, culture, and history often surprise people in the best way. We offer transfer services to and from the airport or other nearby destinations. Please call the second phone number provided if you speak English.
Our apartment is located in Balakhvani, one of Kutaisi’s most charming and historic neighborhoods. It’s a calm and peaceful area, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. There are plenty of shops, small markets, and local cafes nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach.
