Host Information

Rose Villa is a self-catering accommodation located at off Spintex Road in Accra. It is a good standard five bedroom villa spread over two floors with air conditioning in lounge area and in all the bedrooms. All rooms also have fans. Accommodation will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a patio. There is a full kitchen with a microwave and an oven. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher as well. The property offers free parking. The property also has a water reservoir and a power generator to be used in event of a break in electricity power supply. The price you see is for the whole house (5 bedrooms) not individual rooms. This villa is fitted with pre-paid electric meter which will be loaded with 50 cedis credit on check-in. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required. The on-site caretaker will assist with this.The client pays for the cost of fuel for the power generators (after the complimentary full tank runs out) in the event of power cuts. There is the availability of free fast fibre optic Wifi- internet connection on the premises. There is a cctv camera at the electronic gate and an electric fence.
