They are either east or west facing and have wonderful view towards the rock or sea/pool views. Located next to the existing Eurotowers/WestOne building, EuroCity is a new modern 22 storey tower with a large swimming pools and gym (additional costs). The large studios (36-40sqm) are open plan with a modern fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave/grill and washing machine). The lounge area has comfy seating and a modern TV with high-speed fibre optic broadband internet connection. All UK TV Sky channels and Amazon Prime, Netflix Premium and Disney Plus videos available free on the TV App. The studios have all king size bed (1.5x2m) and some a sofa bed (1.4x1.90m) for two children or one adult. There is a balcony to enjoy the wonderful views. The apartments are part of the EuroCity complex. EuroCity Carrara was completed in May 2023 and Murano February 2025. There is a communal swimming pool. Open all year. If you are planning to get married in Gibraltar we can provide a proof of stay for the registry office towards your application. We work directly with a licensed wedding planner - Rock Occasions who looks after bridal couple from paper works, bouquet, photography, celebration meals, wedding cake, coaches service, tour, witness etc. From the Marriages & Civil Partnerships in Gibraltar Guidance Notes: "Non-residents wishing to get married or enter into a civil partnership in Gibraltar must provide the Registrar with documentary evidence that they will be staying in Gibraltar, for at least one night, immediately prior to or, immediately after the ceremony." Outside the apartment block there are several cafes and restaurants. The studios are in a very convenient location just 5 minutes walk from Gibraltar's Main Street, 15 minutes walk from Ocean Village with it's numerous bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the restaurants at Queensway Quay Marina. Just a few mins away from the registry office. There is also a bus stop (Nr.10 coming from border/airport) right outside the building. It's the bus stop after the McDonalds roundabout. The bus stop is called "Bishop Caruana Road (Europort)". A secure covered parking in the same building can be reserved (depending on availability) for GBP20 a day. It's possible to park next to the WestOne building at the park and display parking. It's 100m away from the apartment for GBP1.50 per hour. Parking penalties for overstaying are very expensive in Gibraltar. Cars with foreign number plates will be clamped and the release fee are around GBP100.
