Amazing building location on the coastal Poseidonos Avenue and across the street from Edem beach and next to Alimos Marina and Flisvos Marina that hosts the most prestigious yachts in the world. Newly remodeled unit on a higher floor in a 7-level condominium building in the corner of the coastal Poseidon Avenue and Karaoli & Dimitriou- the building is directly across the street from the beach with views of the sea and all the boats and ships travelling to port of Athens-Piraeus. Conveniently located next to Poseidon Hotel that offers beach lounge chairs and umbrellas and beach bar with full service of food and bar and Edem restaurant cafe bar with tables on the sand for beautiful romantic sunset dinning. The Alimos beach and "Akti tou Iliou" offers beach bars & clubs with music events and restaurants and kids water park activities. Enjoy the Athens Riviera lifestyle!
