Hello! I' m Leonidas, civil engineer and owner of Dolphins Apartments accommodation. I am an enthusiastic person who enjoys sports, cinema and traveling. I always seek to broaden my horizons and set new challenges. I currently share my time between Edipsos and Athens. Having spent all my childhood in Edipsos, north Evia, I deeply appreciate its huge natural wealth and pure beauty. Its thermal springs are globally known for promoting wellness as well as healing from an holistic point of view. Thanks to my great love for this area and my enquiring mind, I have decided to diligently create a small family hospitality business of new, fully-equipped and cosy apartments, located in the heart of the spa town. Along with my parents, Filippos and Maria, we offer a pleasant and comfortable hosting experience all year long.

The building is located in the center of Loutra Edipsou, in a focal point of the town. The seaside road and the thermal springs are within a walking distance of a few minutes. The vicinity includes all necessary facilities: Supermarket Galaxias is just below the accommodation, a 2 minutes walk. Pharmacies, shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and taverns are in a 300 meters radius. Meanwhile, there are recently renovated municipal sport facilities within 4 minutes reach on foot, including a football pitch, a basketball and a tennis court. However, the neighbourhood is quiet enough while there is plenty of greenery in the surroundings. Parking space exists both on the road and inside building’s pilotis. In fact, Dolphins Apartments stand between the seaside part and Platania, which is the oldest and upper quarter of Edipsos. There, visitors will enjoy private hydrotherapy and will admire neoclassical outstanding buildings, some of which exceed one century of life and emit a charming sense of neglect.
