The property is located in a traditional settlement of outstanding natural beauty, on a hill surrounded by olive trees and just one kilometre from the sea. Each studio is 40 sq.m., built on the ground floor. All Studios have terraces with views of the surrounding olive trees, with the sea visible in the background. They are ideal for couples, small or large families and groups as they have terraces that can be converted into one single large terrace without the studios losing their independence. On entering you find the bathroom and the kitchen, which are separated from the bed – and living room by the breakfast bar. There is a double bed and a sofa bed, which can be converted into 2 singles or one double bed with orthopaedic mattresses. The EcoTax rate does not apply because the properties are under development law.
