Akira means bright in Japanese and Akira Villa worthily stands up to this characterization, as it’s sunny and airy all day long, thanks to the big windows and large glass doors mainly to the living room and bedrooms. The 220m2 property spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms and up to 9 if necessary. Additionally, the villa is located in an enviable position, just 3 Km from Rethymno town and its long sandy beach, standing in an elevated spot, enjoying the view of the gorge lying below it, as well as the olive trees that fill the entire plot and the sea in the horizon. The area is idyllic for a peaceful holiday, as you can enjoy the quietness in a natural environment and being close to everything at the same time. The exterior of Villa Akira covers 1.000m2 and offers many facilities including: - A private, 50 sq.m. swimming pool, 0,70 - 1,90 m deep. The pool can also be heated upon request with al daily charge. It also includes a shallow compartment for kids, 0,50m deep. - The pool area is equipped with 6 sun beds, a hammock, 2 hanging chairs, poolside shower and 2 umbrellas for your comfort. - Fully equipped charcoal BBQ so you can prepare your homemade meals. - Shaded outdoor dining area for 8 and shaded outdoor sitting area. Al fresco dining is an experience not to be missed! - Lawn covered area and some toys for the kids to play. - Ping pong table and a basketball hoop!
