Property information

65 square meters modern apartment while being surrounded by the nature of Kefalonia. Central in location so you won't have to travel long to visit any other place, however the property is lost in nature, in a private, quiet country road at the outskirts of Spartia village.(5' minutes walk of the central of village) The perfect place to share a relaxing vacation with your better half or your family!! The apartment has two bedroom sporting a queen size bed and two single beds who can combine it to a king size bed.. There is a bathroom with a shower and the rest is an open large space that includes the kitchen and living room areas.The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with full size stove and oven and fridge, plus all the smaller essentials (kettle, toaster, coffee maker). A dining table for four can more than comfortably accommodate your meals or the table at balcony. The property surrounding the house is huge, with parking space for several cars available within the premises. Request for airport pickup..

Neighbourhood information

Our area is central to the whole island. The particular beach its spartia beach but no on walking distance. However, we have a dozen of amazing beaches within a few minutes drives in all directions. Places like Avithos, Paliolinos, Agios Thomas, Ammes, Megali Ammos, Makris Yalos, Lourdas and many, many more are not more than 10’ from the property by car. But even if all that sound not enough, well, being in the middle of Kefalonia can be a great starting base for exploring the rest of the island
