The shaded gazebo has a powerful, high-quality grill — perfect for cooking even on hot days. Gather around the large outdoor table for six, enjoying fresh air and garden views. For quiet moments, the cozy corner under the spreading fig tree offers shade and a special atmosphere — ideal for reading, sipping cool drinks, or relaxing. A hammock is there for ultimate comfort. Active guests can enjoy the ping-pong table and darts. Inside, the fully renovated kitchen includes a compressor coffee machine, kettle, toaster, steamer, microwave with grill, convection stove, and a full set of glassware, dishes, and utensils for six. Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and toiletries are provided. There’s a washing machine with detergent, hairdryer, iron with board, plenty of hangers, and a safe. New double-glazed windows ensure thermal insulation and have mosquito screens. The stylish new shower room is bright and practical. The living room has air conditioning, additional fans, and a ventilation system circulating fresh air. The master bedroom has blackout curtains, while other rooms feature shutters that close fully to block sunlight. The second bedroom includes a desk for a laptop. Today, he successfully leads three companies across different countries, combining international experience with deep expertise in the hospitality industry, where he has worked for more than 12 years. His passion lies in travel. He loves exploring the world by sailing and traveling in motorhomes, which gives him a unique perspective on comfort and convenience for guests.
