Alkinoos: Spanning 50 square meters, Alkinoos is the larger residence, offering a peaceful and functional layout. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a safety deposit box, while it opens onto a balcony that leads directly to the outdoor pool area. The bathroom offers a sleek walk-in shower, while a small utility room provides a washing machine and cleaning supplies for added convenience. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, along with a comfortable single sofa bed. A second balcony leads to the veranda and pool, making this an ideal space for relaxed mornings and slow, starlit evenings. Ariadne: With its own entrance and a footprint of 25 square meters, Ariadne is a well-appointed guest room that’s both elegant and practical. It offers flexible sleeping arrangements with either two single beds or one king-size bed (170 cm), plus open wardrobes, a smart TV, air conditioning, and a safety deposit box. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the balcony doors open to the shared outdoor area — just steps from the swimming pool — offering an intimate yet refreshing retreat. Outside lies the villa’s spacious private swimming pool with salt electrolysis system. Around the pool sunbeds, parasols, and an outdoor shower are offered for added comfort. Between the two guest houses, there is a shaded dining table as well as a portable gas BBQ. The entire area is securely fenced, ensuring privacy throughout your stay, and private parking is conveniently available on site.
